- Consulting or strategic services

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If a service or product has an issue related to quality or delivery, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the problem in line with your service agreement.
Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable.
